The original Wednesday Ride and the heart of Puppyton. Every Wednesday throughout the summer, we meet for a structured road ride with fixed routes and multiple pace groups, making the ride accessible to riders of different experience levels. ⸻ PACE GROUPS Neutral — relaxed & beginner-friendly (no-drop) Peloton — strong & steady (no-drop) Chasing — fast & focused (drop) Leadout — full gas (drop) Peloton and Neutral follow the Zwergpinscher route. Leadout and Chasing follow the Pinscher route. If you’re unsure which pace group to join, always start with a slower group and work your way up over time until you find your sweet spot. Zwergpinscher GPX: https://www.puppytonride.com/s/PR-Zwergpinscher.gpx Pinscher GPX: https://www.puppytonride.com/s/PR-Pinscher.gpx ⸻ ROUTE NOTES Please read the following route notes before the ride. • Neutral roll-out along the Danube until Kellergasse. Keep the pace easy and respect pedestrians. • Stop fully at the STOP sign in Hagenbrunn and follow Austrian traffic laws (StVO). • At both roundabouts near the S1, take the 3rd exit. • Stay on the main road through Enzersfeld with two sharp right-hand turns. • Watch for oncoming traffic when turning left into the Putzing climb. • Take extra care through the blind right-left combination in Putzing. • Slow down for the 180° corner in Manhartsbrunn. • Descend safely on the newly paved road to and through Seebarn. • The segment ends at the Leobendorf town sign (Pinscher only). • From there, respect the 30 km/h zone and roll back to the Poidlhütte together. • Watch out for roots and bumps on the Danube cycle path. ⸻ PARTICIPATION By joining the Wednesday Ride, you agree to our participation waiver, safety guidelines and ride etiquette: https://www.puppytonride.com/s/disclaimer.pdf If you’re leading a group, please read the Ride Captain information sheet: https://www.puppytonride.com/s/ride-captain-info-sheet.pdf
