Oulujokiajo is a long-running road cycling participation event in Oulu, with a short and a long route following the Oulujoki corridor. The organisers describe it as open to all, with timing, service points and finisher medals, but it remains a kuntotapahtuma rather than a licensed-only national race. It suits recreational road riders as well as stronger amateurs who enjoy fast group riding on open roads.
