Wednesday Ride

The original Wednesday ride and the heart of Puppyton. Every Wednesday throughout the summer we meet for a structured group ride with a fixed route and different pace groups, making it accessible for different levels. Please remember to bring lights, especially during the early weeks of the season. By participating in the Wednesday Ride, you agree to our participation waiver, safety guidelines, and ride etiquette: https://www.puppytonride.com/s/disclaimer.pdf ⸻ This year’s Wednesday Ride will include four pace groups: Neutral — relaxed & beginner-friendly (no-drop) Peloton — strong & steady (no-drop) Chasing — fast & focused (drop) Leadout — full gas (drop) Leadout and Chasing will ride the “Pinscher” route. Peloton and Neutral will follow the “Zwergpinscher” route: https://www.strava.com/routes/3469623115936342326 If you’re unsure which pace group to join, always start with a slower group and work your way up over time until you find your sweet spot. ⸻ ROUTE BRIEFING — PINSCHER This year’s route favors climbers, unlike last year’s rouleur edition. Neutral roll-out along the Danube until Kellergasse. Keep speed low and respect pedestrians. In Hagenbrunn, stop fully at the STOP sign and follow StVO rules. At both roundabouts near the Schnellstraße S1, take the 3rd exit. In Enzersfeld, we take the main road with two sharp rights. Watch for oncoming traffic when turning left into the Putzing climb. In Putzing, please take care entering the blind right-left-combination. At the top, slow down for the 180° corner in Manhartsbrunn. Descend safely on the newly paved road to and through Seebarn. After the Bründl, the segment ends at the Leobendorf town sign (not applicable for Zwergpinscher).
