Glocknerkönig

Glocknerkönig is a high-alpine hill-climb event from Bruck an der Glocknerstraße onto the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße. The field is large, with roughly 2,000 to 2,300 participants in recent editions, and the Classic and Ultra routes finish at Fuscher Törl or the Edelweißspitze. It is distinctive for its sealed-off iconic mountain road, extreme elevation gain and appeal to ambitious amateurs as well as elite climbers.
